The EFP Legal Cell now consists of a panel of renowned advocates and professionals in the said field added with a help line and e-mail connection round the clock to provide any legal advice instantly to its members followed by a written response in case a written request is received.
Providing legal opinion on any issue relating to any Act/ Ordinance of Labour Legislation pertaining to workers, drafting of Show Cause notice/Charge-sheet, Letter of Termination, resorting to Lay-off, Retrenchment, vetting of Collective Bargaining Agreements etc.
As we are the only representative body of the Employers’ of Pakistan, hence it has become more imperative to join hands to-gather to face the challenges of to-day. Hence, we extend our services to those Employers as well who are not the members of EFP.
Needless to mention that the prevailing market rates for retainer-ship fee range from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month.
