With 5+ years of relevant experience with expertise in soft skills, Entrepreneurship and School Enterprise development.

She oversees the organization development and evaluation of trainee’s performance. She also designs creative programs according to the market demand for executive and management levels. She has trained 500+ Trainees under the project of “Gender Equality For Decent Employment (GE4DE) – ILO”, from which many of them are working in different leading organizations and working with their small enterprises.
