With the enactment of the new labor laws and the decentralization of labor administration to the provinces, there is a need to develop expertise in labor laws and employee relations. EFP in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration and International Labour Organization, launched an academic program of six months Diploma to impart specialized education and training in labor laws and Industrial relations.
