The Pakistan Business Disability Network (PBDN) has been established by the Employer’s Federation of Pakistan (EFP) with the support of Sightsavers and the International Labour Organization (ILO). The PBDN is an employer-led forum promoting and facilitating the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the job market for their social and economic uplifting.
The recent Labour Market Assessment Survey conducted by Sightsavers indicates that while employers are generally supportive of inclusion, many lack confidence in effectively accommodating persons with disabilities. This hesitancy is primarily influenced by prevailing perceptions and the stigma associated with disabilities.
In response to this need, the PBDN is organizing a comprehensive training program ‘Improving Disability Confidence of Employers’ on:

Venue: Hotel Movenpick, Karachi
The training program is designed specifically for HR Heads, HR Managers, and other relevant professionals, and aims to enhance disability confidence among employers and promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the job market. The training comprises three modules, which have been carefully curated to develop disability confidence among participants. Detailed information regarding the content of each module is attached.
