Networks

The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable business environment in Pakistan through its three core networks: the Pakistan Business and Disability Network (PBDN), the Women Development Network (WDN), and the Pakistan Business Task Force (PBTF). Each network addresses unique areas of inclusion and development, contributing to a comprehensive approach to corporate responsibility and sustainable growth.

Through these networks, EFP is not only fostering a diverse, inclusive work culture that addresses critical societal needs and aligns with Pakistan’s development objectives, but also illustrate EFP’s commitment to progressive workplace standards and broader social impact.

EFPs’ Networks

The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan has established diverse networks aimed at strengthening the engagement of people with disabilities and women, in alignment with national and international standards.

Pakistan Business Disability Network

PBDN is an employer-led initiative dedicated to fostering disability inclusion in the workplace. Through awareness campaigns, capacity-building efforts, and research-driven advocacy, PBDN aims to empower people with disabilities and influence government policies for a more inclusive and accessible work environment.

Women Development Network

Women Development Network (WDN) is one of the key initiatives of Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, established with a key purpose of raising women inclusion in Pakistani organizations.

Pakistan Business Task Force

The Pakistan Business Task Force (PBTF), an initiative by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, has been established as a strategic platform to amplify private sector engagement in advancing the implementation of Pakistan’s United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF).
