Participation and Evaluation Criteria
Participants will be categorized into four major categories to ensure a fair and balanced evaluation:
Participation Categories
Multinationals/Large National Organizations
– Employing over 250 individuals
Medium/National Organizations
– Employing between 50 and 250 individuals
Small Organizations
– Employing up to 49 individuals
Evaluation
The Evaluation Committee will assess the alignment of employees with the organization’s values and purpose, the optimization of human and supporting resources, and how these elements contribute to positioning your organization as an employer of choice within your industry. Additionally, the Committee will review investments in people and initiatives that promote a collaborative culture, as well as the impact of these efforts on commercial performance.
