
Skills Development Employers’ Recognition Award
The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) believes that recognizing and acknowledging employers and enterprises that invest in skills development will encourage them to further enhance their investment in human resource development. To this end, the Skill Development Employers’ Recognition Award has been established.
In collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), this event highlights EFP’s dedication to promoting a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse workforce equipped with the skills necessary for the local industry.

Through its awards, EFP aims to inspire a culture of continuous development, particularly the one related to skills and expertise across all Pakistan’s corporate sector.
Participation and Evaluation Criteria
Participants will be categorized into four major categories to ensure a fair and balanced evaluation:
Participation Categories
Large Organizations
– Employing over 250 individuals
Medium Organizations
– Employing between 50 and 250 individuals
Small Organizations
– Employing up to 49 individuals
Evaluation
Evaluation will be conducted based on responses to a standardized self-assessment questionnaire, which will be verified by the Evaluation Committee. This committee will assess various factors, including the organization’s training infrastructure, investment in training activities, apprenticeship and traineeship programs, artisan training initiatives, and partnerships with TVET institutions and academia aimed at enhancing the skill development of employees.
