The Employer of the Year Award, presented by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, honors organizations demonstrating outstanding commitment to cultivating a supportive and engaging work environment across the employee lifecycle. This distinguished award highlights exemplary practices in recruitment, inclusion, and employee development.
The CEO of the Year Award recognizes the leader whose organization achieves the highest performance across all categories in the Employer of the Year competition, reflecting excellence in leadership and organizational impact.

Participation & Evaluation Criteria
Participants will be categorized into four major categories to ensure a fair and balanced evaluation:
Participation Categories
Multinational Organizations
Large National Organizations
– Employing over 250 individuals
Medium National Organizations
– Employing between 50 and 250 individuals
Small Organizations
– Employing up to 49 individuals
Evaluation
The Evaluation Committee will assess the alignment of employees with the organization’s values and purpose, the optimization of human and supporting resources, and how these elements contribute to positioning your organization as an employer of choice within your industry. Additionally, the Committee will review investments in people and initiatives that promote a collaborative culture, as well as the impact of these efforts on commercial performance.
