On 2nd Oct 2025 The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP), in collaboration with Pakistan Business and Disability Network (PBDN), conducted an Infrastructure Accessibility Assessment of the Head Office of Raqami Bank Limited. This initiative is part of PBDN’s continued efforts to promote disability inclusion in workplaces and ensure accessible and enabling environments for persons with disabilities.
The assessment was carried out by an internationally trained team of accessibility experts, who reviewed the bank’s infrastructure, facilities, and services to evaluate their compliance with accessibility standards. The team provided practical recommendations to enhance physical accessibility, ensuring that the workplace is inclusive for employees, clients, and visitors with disabilities.

Through this exercise, PBDN aims to support employers like Raqami Bank in implementing inclusive workplace practices that not only comply with international accessibility guidelines but also reflect their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This collaboration highlights the growing momentum in Pakistan’s corporate sector to embrace disability-inclusive policies and practices, setting an example for other organizations to follow.
