The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, with the support of the International Labour Organization, under the “Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Skills and Strengthening of National Skills Passport (NSP) for the Construction Sector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” Project, is seeking proposals from individual consultants to conduct a Rapid Labour Market and Baseline Assessment to identify labour market needs, skills gaps, and opportunities in the construction sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
