With 34 years of professional corporate experience, Mr. Fasihul Karim Siddiqi has been associated with Hinopak Motors Ltd. for 25 years and his last assignment was that of Director, Human Resources Management, Material Operation & Progressive Manufacturing. He had also been an independent Director on the Board of Hinopak Motors Ltd. after his retirement from the company. Earlier he has been associated with Philips Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. for thirteen years, his last assignment being that of Industrial Relations / Personnel Manager for Philips three factories in Pakistan.

Mr. Siddiqi is a professional trainer in Strategic management, Human Resource Management, and leadership management and has conducted more than 200 Seminars and Workshops within Pakistan and abroad (including India, Kenya, Tunisia, Adis Ababa, Dubai, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, UK, and USA) on the platform of Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, International Association of Lions Club and Institute of Leadership Development.

He has been a Visiting Faculty at leading business schools of Pakistan including IBA, CoBM, Karachi University, IQRA, Szabist, Indus, HAMDARD, Adamsons, Greenwich, Bahria University, etc.

Mr. Siddiqi has been associated with the Managing Committee / Board of Directors of  Employers’ Federation of Pakistan for more than two decades during which he had also been it’s Vice President for a two-year term of 1999 – 2000. Mr. Siddiqi joined the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan as its Secretary-General in August 2015.
