Companies are required to obtain membership of the Help Desk to avail its services below:Professional advice on day-to-day matter & Assistance in negotiating with CBA union, establishment of Enterprise Level Institutions and Board of Trustees for Workers Profit Participation Fund.
Vetting of draft letters, notices, contracts, and agreements, providing legal advice in the areas of Labor Laws, Income Tax Laws, Sales Tax Laws, Corporate Laws, Intellectual
Property Laws, etc., and responding to day-to-day notices and correspondence arising from legal institutions.
Handling of Court Cases in the elementary stages for Civil and Labour Courts till the District & Session Court level.
Help companies in resolving the long-standing disputes, Court Cases for an out-of-court settlement.
Court cases in the Higher/Superior Courts, our top noted lawyers may be engaged. Concessional fees to be agreed and settled on case-to-case basis between the concerned lawyer(s) and the member company. EFP, if desired, would facilitate this process of engagement.
