Dr. Hiroyuki Fujimara is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Hosei Business School of Innovation Management,Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan. He has been associated to the Hosei University since October 1997 in Faculty of Busines and in Business School of Innovation Management. Currently besides teaching students at the University, he is also Director of Career Center at Hosei University. Prior to this he was a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics in Shiga University for more than 7 years. He is a Ph.D in Human Resource Management from Kyoto University, Japan and M.A in Industrial Relations from Nagoya University. His publications include New Unionism; beyond enterprise unionism?
