Ms. Sharon Dias, an MBA from IBA, Karachi, is currently the Deputy General Manager – Human Resource at Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd., (PARCO). Her accomplished management carrier reflects 21 years of experience in Human Resource Management especially focusing on talent acquisition, talent management, employee motivation and leadership development programs.
