Mr. Muhammad Akram has more than 25years of experience in field of industrial relations, administration, personal management and Human Resource Management. After having Law graduation and post-graduation diplomas in labour and taxation law  from Punjab University, Lahore in 1985, he practiced in different courts of law like  labour courts NIRC, Civil court, Banking courts & High court Lahore in association with Zaman  & Zaman Association, a legal & corporate services firm for about five  years.

During his checkered career, Mr Akram has been associated with I.C.I. Pakistan Limited, Polyester Plant at Sheikupura, Pak Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), KSB Pumps Limited, Packages Limited at Lahore in various capacities as HR/IR & Factory Manager for about 12 years. There after he joined Sufi Group of Companies as Head HR at Lahore.

He has attended a number of training courses during his service tenure form the best institution of the country and then started giving in-house training program about Labour laws and industrial relation in different National and Multination companies and is also a visiting faculty member in the various leading institutes of Pakistan.
