Arif Raza Currently, Head of Human Capital, at Pakistan International Container Terminal Ltd., since 2015. The main role has been around Human Capital transformation by partnering with Businesses through Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Change Management and other programs. Previously, he has worked in ICI Pakistan Group for 16 years in various Human Resources roles in the Chemicals Business, PTA Business and Corporate HR department. His last assignment was at Lotte Chemical Pakistan Ltd as Organization Development Manager. He has a passion for engaging people and cultural development to enhance internal and external brand image. He started his career at Indus Motors and worked in multiple departments. He has been developing and conducting Management training sessions for all levels at Pakistan International Container Terminal Ltd. He believes in strengthening the Human Capital development to maximize the business profitability. As part of his passion he teaches Human Resource courses at the University of Karachi.
